trying to decide if i should start trail running after crossfit every day to get ready for my Run or Dye 5k and my 2 mile time for rugby. i dont want to like wear myself out but i literally have no other time to run when its light outside :/
quads are on fire from today’s workout… 21.15.9 of push press (35lbs) knees to bars and then burpees. with a 200m run inbetween each set.
I finished in 14:33
they day after my first crossfit class (it wasnt even real it was like a mini wod) and my BODYYY HURTSSSS.
i have a feeling its gonna be a beautiful pain-filled summer
hahahah i know deadlifting is daunting at first. i was lucky because we had a fitness coach for rugby who taught me the exercises, ill give you links to what they should look like

if you know how to do weighted squats. DO THEM, and do them often.
they are my favorite exercise they work both your core and your legs and your ass.
if you don’t know how, ask someone you see at the squat rack if they can teach you. its worth your while
are you looking for more of a weight lifting workout? those are pretty much all i ever do. I’ll do like upper or lower then do like 30 min cardio….
